The gorgeous 4.2-inch screen which Sony Ericsson calls a Reality Display uses LED backlighting which is ideal for video playback, browsing and serves up a slick response to touch.

Under the hood you’ll find a 1GHz processor and 512 RAM to accompany the impressive screen, and a Mobile Bravia Engine to improve video quality.

Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread ensures the Arc has great gaming potential, while an 8-megapixel camera serves up great low light performance. Throw in 720p HD video recording and the Arc restores our faith that Sony Ericsson can still make a great handset.
