LG Optimus 3D

Nintendo may have been first on the glasses-free stereoscopic 3D scene, but the LG Optimus 3D smartphone offers similarly eye-popping 3D content in a high-quality Android phone.

LG’s mobile uses dual-core architecture to ensure blazingly fast performance. As well as displaying 3D content it can also record it thanks to twin, 5-megapixel cameras.

Running on Android 2.2, the 4.3-inch screen sports its own 3D hotkey, giving access to a 3D Zone where you’ll find stored 3D pictures, games and video, as well as an easy way to launch the 3D camera.

An HDMI out means it can be hooked up to your 3D (or 2D) TV, and with deals struck with the likes of YouTube and Sky to bring downloadable content, the Optimus 3D could be the device to truly bring 3D to the masses.
