Finalist Apple iPhone 4
T3 Tech and Gadgets
It may be nearing the end of its life but the iPhone 4 is still a smash hit; Apple sold 18m iPhones worldwide in the first 3 months of 2011.
Price: From £510 | Apple
Updates to iOS have improved the already near-perfect Apple ecosystem and given users the best experience yet. AirPlay has arrived, allowing iPhone owners to seamlessly stream video and audio to an Apple TV box and compatible stereo systems, and you can finally turn the iPhone 4 into a Wi-Fi hotspot, albeit at extra cost, usually.
Users can also now print directly from their phone, while iTunes Home Sharing and a faster Safari browser have further improved the functionality of the device.
With a shiny new white edition for Apple fans to get their mitts on, the iPhone 4 still has life in it yet… although watch this space for a wildcard replacement if Apple announces the iPhone 5 in the next few months.
