The company celebrated five years as a mainstay in our daily lives by introducing 3D content and live video broadcast and streaming capabilities, including the royal wedding. Its movie-on-demand service is also taking off, with deals inked with big Hollwood studios. 

Youtube also bestowed an absolutely gorgeous app on Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablets such as the Motorola Xoom.
