With tablets taking chunks out of the laptop market and Apple aggressively reimagining their MacBook range each year, It’s no surprise to see a manufacturer bring the glam to a PC based laptop but, even so, Dell has done a great job and earned a full five stars from T3.

The design of the Dell XPS 15 is silver aluminium and looks slick – there’s no ultrabbook style waist but that’s impossible given the extras and hefty spec for the price tag. 8GB of RAM is joined by an i5 processor and 2GB Nvidia GeForce 640M graphics card. 1TB of storage and a DVD drive with option Blu-ray skills complete the package with a best in class 1080p screen.
