How the voting works

Here's how your votes get counted

There are eighteen categories, split into two sections - the T3 Reader Vote and the T3 Panel Vote.

As you go through the voting process we'll be asking you to pick your top gadget from the ten nominations in each category. You need to view all the categories in order to submit your votes. Once you complete the voting, your name will go into the hat to win a range of spot prizes in our Awards gadget give-away. (Keep an eye on the full list of prizes up for grabs as we'll update this regularly).

 

T3 Reader Votes: You decide
The winners of eight categories below are chosen by the T3 readers. You decide which products deserve the accolades. There's no meddling from us or the judges.

T3 Panel Votes: You and the experts decide
Ten of the 18 categories will be decided by a T3 panel. The panel votes belong to carefully selected expert judges and the votes you submit right here on T3.com, which count for one panel vote.

Get your favourite gadgets on the short list
Longlist voting runs until the 22nd July when, based on your votes and the panel's votes, we'll whittle the number of nominations in  each category from ten down to five. After that, we'll be asking you to vote again for your top product from the hot gadgets that made it through.
